I had a very negative experience outside this shop on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, around 7 p.m. While doing parkour nearby (not on the shop’s property or interfering with their business), my friend and I were suddenly confronted by a blonde staff member. Instead of handling things professionally, she was extremely rude, unnecessarily escalated the situation by calling security, and even yelled at kids who were simply sitting on a wall watching us.

This behavior was uncalled for and left a sour impression on everyone present, including the children and their mother who were treated unfairly. Ironically, people were actually gathering to watch us and likely giving the shop more foot traffic, but the staff member’s hostility ruined what could have been a positive moment.

Her attitude reflects very poorly on the business. Respectful, professional staff should never treat bystanders or potential...

Very long wait times and unhelpful staff. Save your money and go elsewhere. I tried to order something inside because I sat outside, waiting for about 20 minutes for a server to acknowledge me. Instead of helping, the untrained dolt behind the counter told me to wait for a server outside and, after hearing the backstory, condescendingly and loudly asked a waitress to take the order of "an impatient customer". I know Germany isn't known for customer service, but even for German standards this is ridiculous. I will never be returning.

I ordered plain yogurt ice cream, and the staff asked me if I wanted it in a cone or a cup. I told them I wanted it in a cone. However, they gave me berry yogurt ice cream in the cone. While I was trying to explain that I had ordered plain yogurt, the staff repeatedly said “cone, cone, cone,” pointing at the cone, mocking me instead of listening. I was already asking for it in a cone, but they misunderstood me and made fun of me. This behavior is unacceptable — not just towards a customer, but towards any person.
