Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t very familiar with the menu and didn’t realize I had ordered the wrong item. Read moreWe got scammed for real! We asked for strawberry, mango and yuzu mochi. At first they said the mango and strawberry mochi were sold out. Then suddenly one of the employees found some from the back of the store. We didn’t think much of it until we ate them. The yuzu was alright, but the strawberry and mango were AWFUL! We think (we are certain) they just got old mochi and sold them to us. The outside of the mochi was hard and dry! 🤮 we’ve eaten many mochi and those were horrendous and it’s very shameful that they sell old products to their customers. Be aware! I wouldn’t even complain if the prices were normal, but for 4,80€ per mochi, I cannot understand why they would scam their customers...

We chose the coconut mochi but when we wanted to take a first bite the lady that helped us realised we had a mochi from an old batch. We were so happy that she immediately gave us a new one.
