The proportions of coffee were not correct, too much milk, the milk, was just heated not heat-foamed properly. seems like a coffee from a common restaurant. Bad customer service.Beware of the girl with the black hair. Name starts with an S. I was getting a coffee to go and the woman behind the counter (dark hair) was extremely rude to me and disrespectful. She had such a negative attitude I was actually shocked by the blatant disrespect over asking her a question. Earlier that visit I witnessed her also being extremely rude to another customer that was just trying to use the restroom. The "American Hot Chocolate" tasted like hot milk and water. It was awful. Also, there is no measurement listed for the different drink sizes. The "small" should have more aptly been labelled "child-sized". Ambiance is decent from a design and seating standpoint, but I've been sitting here 20 minutes and the music selection has been non-stop Latin reggaeton, which I do enjoy, but definitely isn't what I want to hear in a cafe.
