Ok- the experience had some elements that were not great, but the food made up for whatever lacked.

I brought my team here after a long day at the Messe, so we were pretty hungry by the time we arrived. We were seated at the time of our reservation and packed ourselves into the small space. Great team building but maybe not ideal during COVID time. I always love eating Chinese food next to a steamed up window, elbow to elbow with friends.

We struggled to get chopsticks, rice, etc, but the food came out quickly and it was high-quality.. steaming and delicious. Eventually we got things sorted with utensils and bowls.. by then the food was -almost- cool enough to eat.

We ordered two giant fish, some crispy duck, and assorted sides. Weeks later, as I type this into my phone, I’m getting hungry just remembering the food. One of the fish was with herbs and garlic, one was on mapo tofu. I think that next time I’ll go with the same thing and get garlic again, but get the most spicy presentation possible for the other one.

The staff was apologetic, they understood the deficiencies in service. We were not upset- the place was jammed and sometimes things get missed or lost in translation.

I hope to try this place again next time...

We ordered two cold dishes and two main dishes. The cold dishes were tasty and the chicken main dish was also nice but the most famous fish dish is disappointing. It was not salty enough and it was not as spicy as the menu showed. The beer we ordered were even room temperature and not cold at all. Most disappointed part was the service. After we placed the oder, the beer came after 15~20 minutes. We instantly asked for two glasses because we did not want to drink directly from the bottle but the glasses didn't come. After all the main dishes came, we asked again for the glasses and rice, but eventually we only got rice and in the end the glasses never came. When we get the bill, they charged us 5 portions of rice while we only ordered 2 portions. Sorry to say this but I would not recommend this restaurant unless you just want to have some small side dishes and if you don't mind to...

Came here for a quick dinner on the way. Great Sichuan food in the heart of Düsseldorf. The lamb spine was perfectly spicy, just as indicated in the menu. Ordering the food is also very uncomplicated as you can scan QR-code and order online. We ordered lamb spine, spicy chicken, and spicy squid/shrimp. Every single dish was delicious and freshly prepared witj fresh ingredients. Portion size was also good for sharing among 4 people. The spice levels served our Indian tastebuds really well. The ambience and space could have been a bit better as the table was a bit cramped for the amount of food ordered by 4 people. Nonetheless super...
