Enzo's Take Away — Local services in Dublin

Yesterday night I ordered a non-spicy kebab at this take away downtown. It was clear that I wanted it without spice and so they gave the order out loud that everyone heard. Something strange had happened to me before on another occasion, such as it taking a long time to serve me a fish and chips and then the man acted like he was going to charge me 50 cents less, which was the difference between the simple order or the menu type and When I said where my Coke was, it seemed like I was the weird one and then I had to pay them 50 cents more, which I obviously gave them, but it was strange. Constantly having to ask for napkins to wipe your mouth is common, it seems like some paper would cost them a fortune of money. Going back to the kebab thing from the other day: well, the guy who finally called me to give me the kebab and charge me, saying in his own voice once again "kebab no spicy", asked me the typical question of "salt and vinegar?". He had some fries in his hand and I told him that I had only ordered a kebab. And he told me that they would invite me to fries if I wanted. It seemed very strange to me but obviously if it was free I said yes. My surprise when I got home was that the kebab was spicy. Personally, I hate spicy food because my body can't tolerate it. It was taking a really big bite because I was really hungry and my mouth started burning, my eyes watered, runny nose... in short, that unpleasant feeling when you eat something very spicy. Now I understand why he offered me a few fries. Maybe he thought it would make me less angry, but quite the opposite. I didn't order fries, they can shove them up their asses if they want, but do you think that if I go to ask them for the money for the kebab now, are they going to give it back to me? Obviously not. In the end I ate those few fries that I had not ordered when my body recovered from the fire and obviously I was very hungry and I felt totally scammed. I also want to add that on another occasion I felt like they were making fun of me by commenting on something in their language just when I placed the order, and coincidentally checking the reviews now, I see that there are quite a few saying the same thing. That is, they do it, THEY LAUGH AT THEIR CUSTOMERS. It's no coincidence that they have a ton of 5-star reviews from profiles that are Local Guide on Google, which is quite difficult to get. Since I know a little about this topic, I can tell you that this is an SEO trick that some businesses do, basically an unscrupulous marketing agency (like them) sells them positive reviews and that's why if you look at the negative reviews that I say they are lower down and you have to scroll a lot to see them. Would've left 0 stars but can't do that as Google review doesn't let me. I wouldn't recommend this place at all !!! O.M.G. when it comes to sanitary procedures, the staff is lacking it big time: one single sign with "Use gloves" but not a single person who's handling food would have even the intention of reading at least the sign... Somebody was smoking in the back because the time I arrived at the shop, there would be a breeze of cold and smell coming from the back of the shop and yet not even a single soul... Just one single soul thinking of washing their hands before even touching the food or at least dezinfecting their hands properly. Their's like 5-7 people working that day, and you couldn't tell who's serving and who's helping the customers with their orders. A complete chaos didn't know where the line is or who is waiting for his order... Speaking of the order... For ruffle around 10-20€ getting a 3rd World size portion of fish and chips sounds more like an exaggerated thing to say, but really may fed only a child, not an adult with it. Ended up buying from this place just because finding a good takeaway on a late Sunday night is really hard... So my advice for any future customers would be: GO THERE IF YOU ARE EITHER DESPERATE OR DRUNK and have no other option of takeaway elsewhere I am sorry for the staff. I don't want to be rude, but either them or whoever is managing them and the shop has no idea of food regulations and staff/...

The food is spectacular, congratulations. The staff in general, excellent. I only had one complicated situation, of bad treatment. I recommend making a correct selection of the staff. I went on the recommendation of friends, I asked an employee to recommend me something to eat, I was coming home from work, 10/11/24 pm on Sunday 12/08/24.. He told me to choose something myself, that if I wanted a recommendation I should go home, I spoke to another employee who was excellent in his treatment, he helped me instantly. The first employee began to speak in another language, and to provoke conflict, we had an argument and he invited me to jump over the counter to have a fight. I think it was unnecessary mistreatment and violence, which they seem to be used to tolerating... insults, threats, poor service. I sincerely hope that this does not happen again to any client, that they place their trust in the place, it is unfortunate that such quality of service is overshadowed by...
