Ordered 2 beers a few minutes ago and paid for them before receiving them. Since we did not get our beers after paying for them in advance, we asked to another employee to get the beers we paid for. He charged us for something we had previously paid for and despite telling them we paid for them (cameras can confirm that etc.) they refused to serve our beers and they suddenly mocked us, laughed at us, thinking we were trying to fool them for 16$.
The bartender with a beard kept laughing at us saying that my bank transaction did not show the time of the transaction (LOL)! Obviously, no bank shows what time the transaction was made, but it shows the existence of a transaction which we showed to them.
He then even kept making fun of us by saying that “we do not use dollars here, we are in Europe” after we mentioned how much we got charged in dollars since we have a US bank account, assuming we were not smart enough to realize we where in Ireland. (We are from Italy).
Also, we asked several times to check the cameras and everyone refused to do it, which essentially proved our point, not to mention the fact that we asked for a manager that they never called.
Meanwhile, the girl who charged us kept saying that she never charged us for anything, while she literally made us pay for the beers 1 minute earlier.
They told us to come back tomorrow, and we definitely will. Hopefully a manager will listen to us and will review the behavior of their employees.

Read moreTerrible experience last night, went there with my friend and his girl, both of them were both let in, not a problem, the security blocked me for no reason even after I presented my ID and was dressed smart, also was not one bit disorderly or drunk, I have been going to fibbers, living room and Murray’s for 6 months every weekend and never had a problem, however each place told me to try the other and continued to tell that place on the radio then to not let me in. I don’t know what happened with these security maybe a lack of a family or father figure in their life, but they need to be trained properly and not eyeing up young ones and picking and choosing who they let in based off how they look. Last thing they refused to let me speak to management and also could not give me any reason when I asked politely why I am being refused. Also the manager in Murray’s said there was no manager in at the moment to avoid the situation however was caught out as the other guy on the door pointed out he was. Avoid these places at all costs !
I know 1 review cannot do much at all but trust me unless you reach out or reply I will continue to leave 10+ 1 stars a day, give it a year you’ll be sitting at 1 star with an empty venue and maybe then you’ll start to listen and treat people...
