I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I’ve had with your service.

From the beginning, there were several issues. Firstly, the staff member at the store made a mistake when entering my personal information and delivery address. As a result, the shipping company was unable to contact me or deliver my order. I was advised to reach out to your customer service, who then informed me that I would need to pay an additional fee to have the order redirected to the correct address.

Although I paid the extra charge, I have now been waiting for over a month without receiving my order. Moreover, I have sent several emails and have not received any response from your team.

I walked in out of curiosity last night. I am so glad that I did- visiting this place was the highlight of my wonderful solo day in Como. Diago impressed me so much- we spoke for a matter of seconds and yet he instantly, somewhat casually, mentioned how I have three colours in my eyes and a blue base iris. I asked him further questions and was genuinely blown away by his talent- how a human could recognise these details from across a shop floor is simply incredible. He was so generous with his time after that, taking my iris photos and talking me through the minute details of each one. His English was unbelievable too, which made the experience so much more enjoyable as I could completely comprehend all of the scientific and mythological facts he presented.
