VERSACE — Local services in Milan

I wish I could give a zero for this place, honestly it’s absolute rubbish! Do not purchase from the this retailer if you live in the UK, they are absolutely diabolical. I purchased my wife’s birthday present from these clowns nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my goods despite paying £10 delivery charge on an order of over £500. I had to call my bank to get my funds back after versace continued to refuse to help me saying to contact the courier which I did but when you buy from a luxury brand or any brand for that matter it shouldn’t become a detective game whereby I need to try and find my parcel. Courier company confirmed they still have the parcel 3 weeks later and are waiting for more paperwork from Versace. When will these brands get it, i the consumer purchases from Versace, not the courier company so it’s your responsibility to deliver my goods. Versace are clueless and don’t understand how to ship to the UK post Brexit and what paperwork needs to be included and is still being held by the courier. 3 years later and the watch bought still exudes the presence of Donatella. The shopping experience was a delight and as we closed the shop after exploring all levels they were kind enough to grace us with exclusive items that were only found at this flagship boutique. Staff were not ansy to leave though we went overtime. Unlike the American shops - the staff were courteous and seemed happy and eager to make an impression.

Wow!! I had the most wonderful experience at Versace in Milano. I entered the store and was immediately greated by Natalya. She then provided service like i have never encountered before. She showed me the two sections of womens clothing, got to know me and then picked up suiting outfits for me. I felt like a star with her, without her being to salesman-y, it felt like i was shopping with a friend. I bought a wonderful dress and i am so happy with my visit...
