Giorgio Armani — Local services in Milan

I visited the Giorgio Armani Store in Milan in November of 2021 and spent a substantial amount of money on a pair of Jeans and a Jumper.

On my return to the UK I wore the jeans and jumper once and washed them.

Ordinarily I have no problems with Armani clothing but on this occasion the material in the jeans went weird.

I spoke with Armani Customer services in the UK but they were extremely unhelpful and told me I needed to speak with the store directly in Milan.

At my own expense I called Milan and was informed that I would need to send the jeans to Milan for testing! Again, at my own expense!

I sent the jeans and they were allegedly tested and I was told that I had used a Tumble Dryer and this is what had caused the issue!

Firstly, I don’t own a tumble drier and secondly, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful!

It took until June of 2022 to finally get a refund for the jeans, but nothing for the inconvenience, the postage or the calls made to resolve this issue!

I have never experienced customer service so bad, especially from such a big organisation!

I would not recommend purchasing ANY Armani clothing from Milan or anywhere else, as they WILL not support you, they are clearly using cheaper material to save money and they lie to avoid honouring your...

This is a contemporary art museum with literally “second skin” gentile unbelievable tasteful human wears that brings out the best of you. Like art from Firenze, Venezia, Roma and Milano turn into exceptional clothings that you can actually wear not just look at it. Client service here is awful , I bought a perfume from their top tier line ( that was sold out online ) and first of all it was more expensive in store than on the oficial website, when I asked why they literally roll their eyes on me saying she did it knew, and that they were not a perfume store … so then why do you have a beauty line?
