If you’re in Venice and think, “I need a burger the size of a Fiat,” then Morbido & Croccante is your culinary Mecca. Brace yourself, because this burger isn’t just big – it’s Titanic. I’m talking about a burger so massive, so architecturally sound, it should probably come with blueprints and a hard hat. It’s got layers of juicy beef, an egg, other meats (plural, as if one meat just wasn’t enough), and it’s crafted with such precision that it doesn’t fall apart, even as you wage an epic battle to conquer it.

One bite, and you’re wondering if this is what Zeus munches on while he watches over humanity. It’s rich, it’s savory, it’s complex – honestly, this burger could write a memoir. And just when you think you’ve hit the peak of burger indulgence, you find out the portion could easily feed two, so technically you’ve made a wise investment. The fries? Crisp, golden, and so deliciously addictive they should come with a warning label.

Now, we ordered for ten people – yes, TEN – because when you’ve traveled across the world, why not bring the whole crew? It took a little time, sure, but that’s because they were assembling burger monuments, people! And it was worth every minute. When the food came out, we practically had to do yoga stretches to prepare ourselves, but by the end, not a single soul left unsatisfied. Plus, the lady taking our order was a saint, seamlessly switching between English and Spanish, handling our chaos with the patience of a true Venetian queen.

I was here many times during my Venice trip in October 2023. If you are an Indian and looking for some close-to-home food, this is the place - especially if you are craving for rice and chicken curry (picture below). Ronny, the owner of the place is helpful, friendly and kind.. My brother was admitted in the Venice hospital for 10 days and he was craving for some Indian food. After 3 days in Venice (my forth time by the way), I know when a review of a restaurant on google is sincere and when it is false. After looking for a new place, we found that the reviews of this place were awesome and realistic, so we tried it... It was curious that two italian guys were there ordering pizza, so a good sign. They were talking about the burguers there, and they agreed that were really good ones. However we ordered pizza and... definitely worth it! Good price and really good quality. It is a pity they don't have a proper area...
