Post owner response: Really appreciated your response and we acknowledge your apologies. However, just a clarification we did not arrive 20mins earlier than our booking. We lived in a hotel that is 2 minutes walk way, since a reservation was made, we literally stayed in our hotel to wait until time is up.

May I suggest you next time asking those late customers (an hour late per you) to reschedule to avoid unpleasant arrangements, especially when other customers arrived on time. It is a matter of time/ customers...

Legit massage for sore and tired bodies. Staff is friendly and professional. You can build your own massage experience. Bring your translator as English is spoken very little though that was no problem for me and my fiance. We booked a couples foot and calf massage. I recommend getting full body as you will want to come back for more!!
