The counter staff should pay more attention when the foreign customer needed TAX-refund.

As a foreign traveller from TAIWAN with other 15 members from the LION travel agency. I only had limited time, about 3 hours in shopping this afternoon. I need to go back to the bus on time, otherwise other 15 members will be waiting for me.

I finally shopped at 2F MUJI store, then walked such a long way down to B2 the TAX-refund center.

However, TAX-refund center staff calculated them , then told me that the 2F MUJI counter staff miscalculated 4 items that were not checked and asked me to go back 2F.

I really did not have such time to walk such a long way back for re-calculation the 4 items.

Finally, I only had to give up the 4 items to the TAX-refund center and hurried for catching my traveling bus.

An unhappy shopping...

In fairness to the staff she asked me if I want or need the tax exemption so I came to know that even Muji has it but I doubt that my purchase will be eligible as on my first visit I bought only socks and panty. I mean, I was there several times but buying only what I will be needing for that day, not one time shopping. I am giving it the highest score as they were helpful even if there was a language barrier. But in the end the transaction was smooth. And of course I love that they have the colors of socks I was...
