It was a super painful experience but the verbal customer service was good! I went for a cut and booked through their Instagram last minute and understood that the hair dresser was short on time from only the start of my appointment. Even so I said it is okay if not possible for the things I wanted (through Google translate) but he said he would do it. He was aware my hair needed lifting long but did not, he even said he wished he did longer with bleach as the colour was not what I asked for at all. The photo I showed was so much brighter and colourful pink (I did ask for purple too and he said he understood, I don't think he did) and instead I got eggplant purple (basically dark red). I told him I liked it but honestly wish with the money I paid he put more effort was put into what I asked for and not cut corners as he did not have the time to lift my hair the right amount 😅 (next time dont agree if you KNOW you cannot provide the customer what they asked for... It gave me false hope🥲)
I also got a wash and cut and IT HURT SO MUCH. This was mostly as the hairdresser was rushing and even got his brush tangled in my hair. He kept apologising but continued to rush and hurt my hair. I don't think I will return as first time my hair was treated so harshly and literally yanked so much. I do not understand why I paid to be treated so rushed and harshly but just be aware don't bother booking last minute as they will cut corners like they did with me and yank hair continuously!!
Note to the hairdresser who cut my hair-please dont say you are happy to dye my hair when you were aware we did not have enough time!! I am happy to go elsewhere please dont feel pressured!! I am content with the colour but this is not what I asked for and you know this. I am still confused why I was normal prices for a rushed job but I will be careful in future to book in advance.
I will try have the hair colour fixed somewhere else as again, not what I asked for at all 😭😭 I feel so lied to and embarrassed when family see it they say they thought I wanted bright colours not this dark red. Please don't waste people's money again like you did with my money on the bad dye job, thank you! I just wanted to leave as I felt rushed and knew even if I said this is not what I asked for you were now busy and could not help. Please be more considerate of my time and money as I want this fixed but not from you as I no longer trust your service, I asked for something and you gave a quick and painful service with no attention at all to what I asked for. You are kind but this is not what I wanted. You saw the light blonde photo and said okay you'll do it. My hair was not lifted anywhere near this so why agree and lie to me, I am embarrassed for trusting you and I didnt know you would take short cuts. Learn to be transparent with your customers as this is very upsetting to me.
Edit: I only said I liked it because more people came in and I felt like I was an inconvenience and wanted to leave. I do not believe you would have dealt with it if I brought it up with you nor did you offer as you were aware of this not being what I asked for. You also said normally you would bleach for an hour but because of time you only did 2x20minutes only after you dyed it. You did not mention anything about bleach damaging my hair, you only said you did not have enough time. As for the response to the tangling I understand it was knotty but you should have taken your time after you washed it, not be looking and talking to others whilst doing my hair. You did say yes to the bright colours I showed and I did not realise I somehow agreed to a dark red, I think there was a misunderstanding so I knew you probably couldn't achieve what the colour I wanted. Read moreWorst Hair Salon ever!!! Please never go there. It started with the owner not showing up to my appointment. I had to contact him again for him to show up. When he came he only asked me to wait a little bit more and left me waiting again for 15 minutes! After he came back he started to apply the bleach to my hair. Directly after applying it he left me alone again and my head started to burn really bad. It was hurting me. Still I didn't even had the chance to say anything since he was not there and I didn't know where he went. I decided to endure it and also felt like he forgot about me. 30min later he finally came back and washed the bleach off of my Hair. After the blowdry he left again. I thought he might mix the color that I wanted and will be back fast but no, he just went somewhere else again. Once more I had to wait for 40min for him to come back. He then just lied to me and said that he had another customer that's why i had to wait. But i was in his hair salon and there was no one else besides me so where should the other customer be?? He then applied the Hair color and left again. This time he came back after 20mins but at this Point I was already there for more than 4 hours. The color didn't turn out like I wanted as well but I just wanted to finish and go. I still had the haircut left that I told him in the beginning that I wanted. So he started to cut my Hair. This didn't turn out the way I wanted again and when I tried to say something about both sides not being the same length he kinda got annoyed. He tried to correct it but also seemed like he just wanted me to accept it. I didn't like the haircut until the end and it didn't look like the pictures I showed at all. After that he just took photos of my hair without asking for my permission. I paid fast and wanted to leave. Going out the door he followed me to the lift and took more photos. I accepted all of this and really thought about not writing this review since I just want to forget this experience but days later my skin on the head still feels burned and the skin part of my forehead where the Hair color reached and was removed by him with some kind of accid (my guess) looks like it's been etched.
