Our experience at this café was extremely disappointing and unprofessional when we arrived with my family including two children the staff asked us to wait outside for a table after about ten minutes one of the staff came to us and pointed at a closed bag we were carrying saying you cannot eat this cake inside we explained clearly that we had no intention of eating it there and she said okay later when we were finally seated they told us that we could only sit at separate tables even though it was clear that other tables were available we accepted politely but after that the same staff suddenly told us that every person must order separately four people four items minimum this rule was never mentioned at the beginning when they first spoke to us when I pointed out the contradiction her response was dismissive saying I don’t have to tell you everything outside the way this was said mocking rude and with an obvious intent to drive us away was insulting it was not about café rules it was about the staff’s bad manners discrimination and unprofessional behavior this café’s treatment of customers is shameful we were polite and respectful the entire time but the service we received was hostile and disgraceful our values and our financial standing are much higher than the behavior we saw from the staff and their poor manners I cannot recommend this...

Horrible waitress at their new cafe. Just got to the cafe and sat down. Scanned QR code and was deciding what to order. Waitress came by to hurry us to go to the counter to order. Also, restroom is customer only. Even though I drank coffee and walked around decided to use the restroom again, the same rude waitress came by and asked me to pay because the cafe is “customer only”. YOU’VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. I can’t believe you asked your customer to pay to use the restroom. Find something else more important to do than asking your customer to pay for restroom. This is so ridiculous. This waitress needs training. This is a tourist location. Such horrible experience at this cafe. Avoid this place if you want good experience of Japan. Ruined my day,...
