UNIQLO Shinsaibashisuji Store — Local services in Osaka

I am from Taiwan. I spent JPY14,528 at the Shinsaibashi Shopping Street store (login number T9250001001451) 心齋橋筋商店街店 (登錄番號T9250001001451) around 4:00 pm on 5/21. The service staff at that time (a girl named 岩本？) was very proud and impatient. She knew I was a foreigner and deliberately spoke English very quickly. My experience with the young male staff with glasses on B1 was really disappointing. Honestly, I’ve never encountered such a rude attitude at any Uniqlo worldwide.

I wasn’t even asking for much - just trying to find something, pay, and leave. When I asked him where the item was, he just pointed vaguely and said, “over there.” Fair enough, I went to check, but I still couldn’t find it. So I asked again and politely requested if he could show me where it was, then he gave me an annoyed look, and said, “Huhhhh. It's just over there.” His attitude was terrible - it honestly felt like helping customers was the last thing he wanted to do.

Thankfully, the staff at the self-checkout counter were nice, so it wasn’t all bad. But this one person really left a bad impression. I hope management looks into this because it seems like this guy truly...

Just minding my own business but a young female staff at level 1F really spoil my mood.

While waiting for my husband to pay at the checkout, I was struggling with my 2 years old toddler who is in tantrum. I was parking stroller at the corner near the entrance. Would like to wear a carrier to calm him down. Suddenly there is a young female staff came to me saying no food inside, eat outside with a smug face, like trying to kick me out. Why? Because I just put water bottle for a second while trying to calm my toddler.

Management need to train customer service manner to the young staff. Even the guard did not say anything or kick me out. Not sure because I am a tourist or just because she is ill manered. Just say it nicely, is it that hard? As a person who works in customer service line, I think this behaviour...
