BEAMS House Marunouchi — Local services in Tokyo

I was served by a female staff and she was rude, I felt it was because I am a tourist. Her attitude was arrogant and not friendly at all. At one point I didn’t feel like I was in Japan because the well-know omotenashi was totally missing. Even I ended up making a purchase there it wasn’t a nice experience. For the record I did try to speak a little Japanese and the staff made fun of it, also making inappropriate comments about my visa. Very bad experience overall, I’d avoid going into this shop...

Probably my favorite shop in Tokyo with excellent quality items, traditional but modern styles, and great service (although "my guy" transferred to head another shop). I can spend a few hours in here when the season turns shopping for a new wardrobe, or choosing new fabric for a suit.
