I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the head spa that went far beyond just the excellent treatments provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating. I was particularly impressed with how understanding they were when my wife, who has a disability, needed to cancel her appointment last minute. Their compassion and flexibility really eased our stress.

Additionally, the service was personal and thoughtful throughout my visit. For instance, after leaving the spa, I realized I had forgotten my hat. Amazingly, one of the workers noticed and literally ran down from the 8th floor to return it to me on the street. It was such a kind gesture that really exemplified their exceptional customer service.

The treatment itself was rejuvenating and performed with great professionalism. I left feeling relaxed and well-cared-for. I've been having an itchy scalp after some beach visits over summer, the therapist showed me my scalp over a microscopic camera and explained the condition was due to sunburn that caused dryness on my scalp. I then had the most relaxing treatment and head massage which put me into deep sleep. Neck and shoulders massage was a nice touch to wake up to and finish with. The therapist showed me my refreshed scalp after the treatment and I can definitely see and feel the difference, as the irritating itchiness is finally gone after 2 months.

First scalp treatment was great! I chose 75 minute scalp treatment with hydrogen therapy. Hydrogen therapy was amazing and I almost fell asleep several times. Mieko was very accommodating and helped make sure I understood each and every step even though we don’t speak the same language. She is very knowledgeable. Scalp massage was amazing too and had just the right pressure. She seemed to know exactly just what I needed.

I also have very long hair that goes down almost to my knees. I shampoo everyday so it is very dry. I had a scalp assessment and I had redness on my scalp and sebum build up on my pores. After the treatment, my scalp was very clean and pretty!
