It was ok experience. The front staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and polite. The atmosphere is good. They have separate menu for tourists, which kind of disappointing and it will make you feel unwelcome, even though the staff were great. Pricing is obviously different on the tourist menu too, compared to what they said on their website in Japanese language. Google translates those sites now, so we know what we getting. Just imagine if you’re a Japanese person and go to America, and service places pull out separate menu for you with different price point. It would be a scandal. Overall, very pricey for alright or average service ( 22000 yen for 70 min), nothing extraordinary or stand out to show new advanced facial technology or service. Just good old facial service. I was expecting above average service in Japan than what I had in Thailand, Indonesia and Italy, but I was wrong. So my fellow tourists, think again before you choose where...

Came for facial cleansing, I was attended by Yokoyama. He could speak limited English and I could speak limited Japanese but we still managed to small talk. Treatment was smooth, about 1h and felt good. They recommended some products afterwards so if it’s not to your liking, don’t hesitate to say no.
