The female staff named はん was really rude. I paid by Line Pay and showed her my phone screen close enough for the scanning machine to read. She used that machine and tapped on my phone so hard, feel like she wants to break my screen. She didn’t give me the receipt after handing me the bag as well. I asked for it and she gave me with an attitude of “why don’t you go away”. Another female staff also glared at me when I was waiting for the payment to be completed. What the hell. These people need to be trained the basic manner of customer service. I don’t expect them to bow their heads like Japanese style, but at least be polite and nice. Today I bought ice coffee small size from this convenience store. When I went to coffee machine I made mistake and pressed M button because it was my first time using it.
