I am so surprised that the service is terribly poor, a male staff at the g/f is so rude. He stopped me and my friend walking up the stair to 1/f impolitely, guess he can barely speak English and keeps a very negative frown on his face while talking to us, seems like we have did something very wrong. When he knew that I wanted to check out Bao Bao products, he showed me an iPad to look, I asked him if there is no real products in the shop, he didn’t really reply me but show me the iPad, I tried to browse the iPad but he didn’t really passed me the iPad, and then tried to click more info of the product, he pulled back the ipad rudely and rapidly. I queued for about an hour on 1st April when there was a new drop. Once you enter the store a staff member will attend to you exclusively until you leave. As people can apply to shop the new collection ahead of the general public - seems they get balloted - the new collection items we were interested in were sold out. Fortunately, once we told the sales assistant the type of clothing style we were looking for, she got us some pieces from previous collections to try. This flagship store is as pathetic as any other Bao Bao shop in other department store across Japan. Styles are limited. Limited quantity is being released each day. The bags that I managed to purchase at Isetan Shinjuku were ONLY for DISPLAY in this Ginza store. Only bags that were in STOCK were those pouches.
