ITOYA Shinjuku Store — Local services in Tokyo

Today I went to the store at 7:55 p.m. quite close to the hour and bought a rotring pen. But because I had been selected in advance, I came and asked for the pen I wanted. The person in charge was not enthusiastic and after I pointed out the pen they got me a sample pen. And tell me that this color is out of stock. Although, the staff did not try to find. After not agreeing and asking to change to another color, the seller went to get it for me and I saw a lot of pens left but the seller said they were out of stock. This is really a bad experience. Really good stationary store with a wide variety of products but the store was smaller than I expected for shinjuku. The atmosphere was a bit dark to my taste but that's my point of view. I'll probably try the ginza ito-ya which seems to be decorated with light wood 🤔. But otherwise the products...
