The free team lab experience was awesome, the reception desk is located at the ground floor and you will need to confirm your arrival. Once time is up, the staff will gather the visitors at one spot closed to the stairs for the assembly and welcoming speech before entering to basement level. Locker provided, how considerate 💗. Reservation required online (English version will be auto translated by Google over the site), then screenshot the page with confirmation # at the end. Visitor needs to be there *at least 10 mins earlier on committed date. It is definitely Japanese tour only during the visit, so simple understanding of Japanese is required at the visit. Staffs might speak limited English, not guaranteed, however I found the staffs at the Experience show are super friendly, they were so willing to help out when we lost in translation.
