January 29, 2025. When we arrived the Caucasian looking male staff with a Japanese female staff was talking to each other. I have to approach them for assistance. I asked the Caucasian staff for pair of ruches Nappa leather ballerinas, he didn’t even checked and immediately answered that the sizes I was looking for is not available in the entire Japan. So from there I went to Shinjuku and the Japanese Staff was super Nice and accommodating, even went to a different floor just for me to have sizes options. Went back to my hotel with a pair. Walked in with nobody following at the back. When I asked for sth, I had to raise my voice to say “sumimase” to get somebody to help. While there’s 7-8 staff standing there at the same time. Finally there’s one dude came to help - with a bad face. After checking a few products, at the end i had no mood to try on anything anymore - with this attitude, ofc I don’t wanna buy anything here.
