I am so very happy I went to this place during my visit in Tokyo! 🌸
I found them via Instagram and was able to book an appointment via their message. I sent some inspiration images before, because I had a vision already.
I did struggle to find the place thought, and I had to ask a nice gentleman for help. You could not see the place from the outside but this man found the salons name on a postbox and showed me it was on the second floor. Kind man!
At the salon I had the best girl who was very patient with me haha. I had drawn a sketch of how I wanted my nails and she did such a good job and was okay with the smaller changes I did during the session. She was extremely meticulous which I appreciate very much due to that I am a perfectionist.
She did this in 2.5h which was great and what I had expected. If I go to Tokyo again I would visit her again.
I highly recommend this salon 🥰

Read moreComing from the US, I found it hard to make a last minute reservation in Tokyo. Luckily, I requested an appt last night and it was approved early this morning. The nail salon is clean and inviting. It is a ~10 min walk from Shinjuku station and is located on the 2nd floor of a small building. Ayana (sp?) brought my broken, beat up nails back to life in less than hour. (They had been damaged from doing DIY home renovations.) She even accommodated a last minute nail art addition. She was very gentle when trimming cuticles and very meticulous not to miss any areas with polish. She made sure to cap the tips of the nails which is a pet peeve of mine if the nail tech misses it. I paid ¥5500 for the gel mani and an additional ¥490 for art on 2 nails. Highly recommend this salon!
Update: 4 weeks later, they’re still not chipped! (See pic 3 of my nails right before I had them...
Read moreAmazing nail salon. I got a beautiful gel manicure that I am super happy with (and I am a nail perfectionist). The price is on par, if not slightly higher, than the US but the quality is far above average! My nails look and feel great. I also really appreciate how sweet and patient the young woman doing my nails was. I had dip powder on from the US—dip is much less common in Japan, so we had to figure out how to remove it together. She did a great job! A note on pricing: you are charged for each color your pick. So, for example, because I layered two different shades of pink I was charged extra for selecting two different colors. I am not familiar with per-color pricing but it wasn’t a big deal. They also charge extra for designs (which I am used to) and gems. My hotel helped me book over the phone one...
