Reservation is easy to make with Google. Salon is a little hard to find the elevator for based on maps directions, so give yourself some wiggle room on time to find it. No English speaking staff, but they communicated with a tablet with pre-made slides explaining options. Then used Google translate if you had other questions. They don't really do custom designs so you choose from a menu of style options (for example, I got one color gradient with stones in a preset arrangement) but you can kind of mix and match options so there's a lot of possible outcomes. If I had the time and the shop had the availability I would love to get one of their pre-made designs as they're beautiful. Previous gel removal is efficient as two people come to take off and shape your nails on each hand then one person stays to paint your nails. They pay particular attention to your apex which I appreciate. They also give a discount of 550 yen if you leave a review. Overall good experience. Would...
Read moreEasy booking via Google Maps link. I booked a 60min gel pedicure and on the day of, they were able to squeeze in a no-color simple manicure that I really needed. I love that, unlike US salons, they don't cut cuticles. Instead, they use an electric file to gently file away dead skin which helps the Mani/Pedi last longer.
Also unlike US salons, they don't do leg/foot massage but the focus the time in really doing nail care and gel color application. Btw, it could also be the package I booked didn't include it but I didn't ask.
The staff are friendly and nice. Only one spoke a little English so bring your translator app.

Read moreMy mum and I found this nail salon on Google and made reservations online a couple weeks in advance (with the help of Google Translate). We had a fabulous time - the nail technicians were amazing and the designs are like mini artworks. We were able to communicate with Google Translate and they had a few instructions / diagrams that you can point to, to explain what you're after. The entrance is a little tricky to find; we would suggest entering from Ginza Yanagi-dori St rather than Ginza Renga-Dori St since the entrance to the shopping complex, "Albore Ginza" is more obvious. We were able to pay by card too. Would highly recommend...
