need to change ur staff. was here on 30.10.2024 and the woman with the black short hair kept ignoring me and only accommodating to japanese or new customers.

i asked her to check some shoes in my size and i waited 20 minutues for her only to see her help someone who came after me. after trying to talk to her again she ignored me and went into the stock room for another 15-20 minutues. i got frustrated and asked someone else for help, they told me the shoes i wanted were sold out, she could’ve told me that so i wouldn’t have wasted my time.

The staff on the ground floor named Honda is not friendly and very rude at all. He is chasing us leave the seat and stand while we are waiting for our companion that is fitting and buying shoes upatairs. we are not bystanders who just passby and sit. While no one wants to fit the shoes. Have some courtesy for those customer. While some of the staff are accommodating. That guy needs more customer service training.
