I had an amazing experience today! I was seeking a treatment for my dry hair and was lucky enough to stumble upon this gem of a salon! I didn’t have an appointment and was very worried considering the language barrier, however the hair stylists were very kind and with using google translate, I was able to receive a hair treatment right then. My hair stylist was very kind and gentle and after discussing my main concerns, they offered me a treatment to address my needs. I walked out an hour later feeling so much lighter after many shampoos at the basin (fyi in Japan they have chairs that lay flat when your hair is getting washed!! An amazing experience for your neck!), they also used some sort of machine that made beeping noises, and many rinses at the basin, two people ended up drying my hair which was SUPER quick, and then ended with a few waves from the initial stylist.

I ended up purchasing some shampoo and conditioner (in no way was this assumed - I requested this as I was leaving!) just so I can hopefully have silky smooth hair back at home in Australia. So happy I found this place and would highly recommend as every person in this salon was extremely kind.

Great place! I got an appointment the same day and felt treated like a queen. Language was no problem, between the staff's English, my bit of Japanese and Google translate we got along just fine.

You get a head massage and lie in an amazing "bed" during your hair is being washed. Feels like heaven.

The haircut honestly is the best I've ever had and I will seek out a Japanese Hairdresser at home. Miho-san did the cut very thoroughly, first cutting my hair while wet, then after drying it cutting again and finally using thinning scissors. The result is truly wonderful and perfectly in harmony with my hair and style. Thank you, Miho-san ❤️

I went there in my solo travel spontaneously before my dinner reservation. I was walk in and felt much welcomed by manager and stylist Yuta. My poor proficiency in japanese was not a problem with help of google translate and Yuta understood my requirements and delivered beyond my expectations. Its a relaxing experience after a long day travel, a hot towel with hair message and the fast hair styling within an hour (in HK could take more than 1.5hr). I an truly impressed with everything and will recommend the salon to my fds if they visit...
