Update: Management tried to give generic response to my 1 star emptied review but ignored my other family member's detailed review about their poisonous raw eggs, bad service and mediocre food. Very interesting! Look at all the other 1-starred reviews from different times in a long period and decide for yourself... If the restaurant actually improves and take your review seriously, why people are complaining about the same thing over and over again. Yes, because most tourists has no time to look further and this restaurant gets lots of promotions from vloggers , tourists will just keep going as they will mostly not be returning again, it's a one-off thing, so the restaurant don't really care!!! Restaurant act like they do care on Google Review so people can see that they are responsible. Even with food poisoning, and we were sick for 2 days and went to see doctor in Tokyo, we didn't go to report the restaurant, because we are tourists, it's very complicated to prove and complain a restaurant in Japan, believe us, we checked. We know 100% what we did and did not eat (together/separately), the raw egg is the only thing that could have made us sick on that day. If it was not because of the FOOD POISONING, I wouldn't even waste the time to write a review for this restaurant because it's one time thing for us anyways. Good luck if you choose to go to...

But paying over ¥20,000 for somewhat “normal” food for two pax was simply outrageous.
The service staff took 10 minutes to hand us the menu. Another 10 minutes to take the order.
We ordered the “refill” vegetables twice but didn’t received any. The first staff told us to finish up the veg before ordering (I only had two pieces of tofu and 2-3 stalks of vegetables left which I intended to add into the pot anyway). The second staff simply took away the plates after I’m done clearing it into the pot and never return with the refill.
The desserts took so long we simply can’t be bothered to wait. (Roughly 20 minutes after we finished with the main course)
Asking for the bill was just too much you simply had to walk over to the counter to get it sorted.
