It’s been almost a week from the purchase and I haven’t got the review email as I always did.

The worst LV shopping experience in my life ever! We purchased two items - one bag and one belt. I’ve shopped at the very same store in November last year and the experience was spectacular, but not this time! Firstly, we were not greeted at the door and were left at the entrance for more than 10 mins which we think it’s fine. The sales we were matched to was not able to recommend me the products as the lady helped me last time. Every question we asked he paused and thought for a while and could not explain clearly using the translation machine. We finally decided what to purchase and we asked another sales stood by our side for some water while the original sales processed the payment, we were asked to wait till the original sales to be back since the number of bottle water was “limited”. Before we left, I asked the sales that if my mother could sit somewhere around while I went to the tax refund which was on the second floor of the building which I needed to go outside the store and enter from the other entrance. I was told “no, you need to leave the store together now”. The whole experience is far from the quality of a luxury brand should have. I am very...
Read moreI went in to look for line trainers, intending to buy them as a gift for my husband. First impression upon entering was good but once we started looking at the shoes the salesperson started to translate/explain to me that the shoes are popular and had to verify me via an LV account. Which yesterday I have just bought two LV bags and perfume at Shibuya's LV (I never had to verify myself for a 800,000yen worth item but for a 180000yen item this is required?) and then the same salesperson even had to call to verify the number on the account does belong to me. (this turned the experience really unpleasant) Later, another lady served us which I simply touched another series of trainers and then she came over and said that series is "even more" popular than the series I am looking at earlier. It made me feel really unwelcome so I left the store without buying anything. Might go back to Shibuya's or another outlet to look. Not recommended to go here unless you're here for a quick buy. The salespersons' attitude might be exactly the reason why the stocks of most items are only...
Read moreVery disappointing experience at the flagship location in Japan. Our group had four people ready to buy Japan Exclusive items and perhaps new releases. As the only non-Japanese customers at the time of our visit, we were not allowed to browse the walls without a an escort. It was very frustrating and we were obviously being treated different for not being Japanese. To make matters more irritating, this LV refuses to hot stamp passport holders unless you buy the passport holder at that particular store. Why does LV tell people they can travel the world and get hot stamps if locations refuse to hot stamp something they didn’t sell you? It seems so stupid and misleading. I’ve been a LV fan for a long time, but I just made my first Gucci purchase in Japan. The Gucci experience was much friendlier and it didn’t seem like we were treated any different for not being Japanese. I will stop purchasing from LV after this experience because the brand/company is unethical. Don’t support this LV location and consider...
