Ryūō Gyōza Shop — Restaurant in Tokyo

Great Fried Rice (Chahan) and gyoza. Arrived there around 8:30. Upon opening the door was asked if for 1, said 2 and was told chotto matte kudesai and was kinda shooed away. Didnt understand till I translated it later. Luckily a customer that was leaving said it meant "please wait a moment, cleaning". Upon waiting was called in to have a seat. Glad to say they have a english menu now but it has no prices on it but I didnt mind. Order is made fresh, was surprised that the gyoza was hand stuffed when we ordered, maybe they ran out of prepared gyoza or if that was the norm I couldnt say. Was still great to see as most places i ate used frozen gyoza. The chahan was great aswell, though it would be salty but it was just right for me. When waiting for the food they had turned down alot of people inquiring if seats were available, even though some seats were available they didnt want to over crowd the resto which was great for me. I must admit I did feel a little unwelcome when I first entered the resto but in retrospect they treat everyone that way. It didnt seem as bad once I was looking at it from another perspective. Maybe I just expected the usual Japanese hospitality but I can understand not all people are the same and though they seemed less hospitable that was just me and my expectations painting my experience. 最寄り駅のTX浅草駅から徒歩7～8分。 水口→ノストスのあとの訪問です。

カウンター席に座ります。 ラーメンを注文。

10分ほどで出来上がり。 いただきます。

すっきりと。 昔ながらの醤油ラーメン。

酔った身体にじんわりと沁み渡ります。 ごちそうさまでした。

2025/05/12 浅草放浪。 スタートは水口で山かけとポテサラ。

次に浅草三丁目の「龍王」へ。

TX浅草駅から徒歩7～8分ほど。 地元の人たちに愛されている観音裏の町中華です。

カウンター席に座り瓶ビール。 もやしいためをお願いします。

シャキッとおいしい龍王の炒め物。 ビールがすすみます。

〆のやきめし。 しっとりと。

この日も多くの常連客で大賑わい。 ごちそうさまでした。

カウンター席に座り、いつもの瓶ビール。 大好きな木くらげ卵。

ふんわり卵にコリコリきくらげ。 安定の美味しさ。

そのあとは焼餃子。 そして〆のやきめし。

しっとりと。 独特の味わい。

今日も美味しかったです。 ごちそうさまでした。

オーソドックスな味わい。 ビールがすすみます。

〆のやきめし。 独特の風味でしっとりと。

観音裏の町中華。 喧騒の中、一人静かにビールと料理を楽しみます。

ごちそうさまでした。 帰宅。

看板メニューの「焼餃子」 万人受けする味わいです。 ビールがすすみます。

お店は常に満席。 ひっきりなしにお客さんが覗いては入店できなくてドアを閉めます。 すごい人気ですね～
