This was an amazing experience! I got there 30 mins before closing. The staff offered me an excellent selection, high quality and price. The staff stayed an extra 30 mins after closing to finish payment and wrap for me. As we were checking out, I told them I was having a hard time finding a taxi. It was a wet dark evening, and it may have been because I was a tourist. The staff walked in the rain with me and helped me flag a taxi. She even gifted me an umbrella because it was better than my jacket.

After telling my father and father in law about the experience, they both asked me to take an order for them. The next day I visited a different Pearl store, but the quality was not near as good (and the prices were not much different). I went back to Tokyo Pearl, and I was fortunate to have the same staff member. I purchased three more items with great quality, price, and selection. Again they wrapped everything for me and they were extremely gracious.

This was an exceptional experience, and I would recommend this store to anyone...

Tokyo Pearl is the best! My friend and I loved it so much that we ended up going twice during our trip. They have a lot of different styles and sizes of pearls to choose from, including some South Sea pearls and Tahitian pearls.

Noriko helped us on the first day. Both my friend and I ended up getting 2 pairs of earrings each. She was very kind and patient with us, letting us take our time to decide and offering us water while we did.

Misuzu helped us the second time we visited. We were both interested in getting pearl pendants. She brought out a bunch of choices for us to look at. Misuzu was also very patient and friendly, making suggestions and helping us choose something within our budgets. She even gifted us chocolates after we made our purchases.
