I have great experience at TRX store as I have no intential to purchase and a staff called Alex were tour me around and explained me the brand which I don't experienced it in other brand so much, is a great conversation. Other staff was casual talk with me as well, is a friendly enviroment there. I truly understand work in retail is not easy nowadays, be empathy and sympathy if you had experienced a bit of bad service as people have feeling emotional day same as you. I do not think that is rude but is a place of improvement. Maybe you have to think of yourself how you react when you enter for shopping especially with phone, people asking you question nothing react from you or yourself showing black face. Judge ourselves before judge people. For those are negative comment, they are deserved...
