I cannot express enough how wonderful my entire experience at the Chaumet boutique in Malaysia has been. From the moment we walked in, the service we received was nothing short of exceptional, and it's all thanks to the incredible team led by Bobo, with Chloe and Jasmine also providing their outstanding support.
During our first visit, Bobo took the time to introduce us to various collections such as Bee My Love and Josephine. Even though we were still exploring wedding bands from other brands and not yet ready to make a purchase, Boboās professionalism and warm conversation made us feel truly welcome.
Our second visit was attended by Chloe. She offered us the freedom to explore and try on different wedding bands from various collections, despite knowing that Bobo was our main salesperson. This level of flexibility and customer care really impressed us, as many other brands simply push you to stick with your original salesperson.
By the time of our third visit, we were in contact with Bobo again, who invited us to a special Bee My Love event at the boutique. The experience was truly unforgettable. We got to try high-end jewelry, enjoy delicious cakes, pastries, and drinks, and have professional photographers take beautiful photos of us. Bobo and the team were incredibly attentive and made us feel so special, ultimately leading us to purchase our wedding bands in a meaningful and joyful way.
The next few visits were for engraving our wedding bands, and Bobo was so professional, patiently explaining the process and making sure we were happy with the size and fit. She even reassured us that we could exchange the rings if necessary before the engraving was done, and we took our time to ensure the size was perfect. By our fourth and fifth visits, we were able to finalize everything and were completely satisfied with the result.
On our sixth visit, Jasmine attended to us, and she too demonstrated the same level of warmth and professionalism as the rest of the team. She offered thoughtful gift recommendations for my girlfriend within our price range and allowed us to try on various bracelets. She also made sure to inform Bobo that we had visited, which I thought was a really nice personal touch.
Finally, on our seventh visit, we decided to purchase a bracelet, and again, we were greeted warmly by Bobo, Chloe, and Jasmine. It was a special occasion, celebrating both a birthday and an anniversary, and their thoughtful service made it even more memorable. The boutique atmosphere, combined with their professionalism, made this the best luxury jewelry shopping experience we've had.
Chaumet has truly become our number one boutique for luxury jewelry. No matter how many times we visit, we always feel like weāre at home. During the process of selecting my ring size, the sales assistant demonstrated a lack of professionalism and attentiveness, which has resulted in an ill-fitting ring. Here are the details of my concerns: Inadequate Advice on Sizing: ⢠The sales assistant repeatedly recommended choosing a size larger to account for potential pregnancy or weight gain. ⢠She did not advise me to try the ring on its own; instead, I tried it stacked with my engagement ring, which led to an inaccurate size assessment.
Failure to Review Existing Profile Information: ⢠Previously, another sales assistant Fauzi had suggested two sizes smaller during a prior consultation. The current assistant did not review or confirm this existing profile, which could have prevented the sizing issue.
Lack of Transparency on Available Sizes: ⢠I was not informed that a size 47 was available. After trying on a size 46, which felt tight, the assistant advised me to try and purchase size 48 instead. ⢠It was only a month later, after I reached out to express concern about the ring being too loose, that she mentioned size 47 was out of stock during my visit.
Resizing Charge: ⢠Now that the ring is too loose after just one month of wear, I requested resizing, only to be told that I would need to bear the cost. ⢠This is unacceptable as the responsibility for ensuring the correct size lies with the sales assistant, who failed to provide professional guidance throughout the process.
As a first-time buyer, I relied on the expertise of your sales assistant to guide me in choosing the perfect ring size. Unfortunately, her unprofessionalism has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
I request that Chaumet addresses this issue by: Offering a complimentary resizing of the ring. Reviewing the training and performance of the sales assistant involved to ensure future customers do not experience similar issues.
