Kind staff but poor alterations accuracy

The staff are kind, but they really don’t measure my jeans accurately. I had to go back to the store three times just because of their mistakes.

The first time, I asked for 38 inches, but they made it 39.5 inches. I only noticed when I checked it at home. So I went back and asked them to fix it, but it still ended up being 38.5 inches.

When I asked why it was still too long, they said it’s because the jeans would shrink after washing. And another staff said because of “cutting”. I don’t really care about cutting. What i care is only the length from end to end. I told them clearly to just follow my instructions. I wanted exactly 38 inches, not even 0.1 extra.

On my third visit, I asked for 36.5 inches, and somehow they still made it 37.25 inches. I honestly don’t understand why the measurements keep being off.

To make it worse, they charged me for the third alteration under the “exceed” limit even though the mistake was clearly on their end.

So I ended up paying twice for the same service, even though it was faulty. Once when I first bought the jeans, and again when I came for the third time.

And this happened with all THREE pairs of jeans. Same...
