The rentals here are managed by a property management company and they will make your life a living hell. I have been renting in KL for more than 7 years now, and the treatment I am getting from them has been the most unprofessional and disrespectful.
Living here has been nothing but a nightmare. My flat had countless issues since moving in.
Toilet was clogged and unusable otherwise the water would overflow from the toilet. They said a plumber will come fix it only 3 or 4 days later because "the plumber's appointments are already full" (fyi 3-4 days is the "shortened" time frame I got after complaining vigorously otherwise I would have had to wait longer for the toilet to be fixed).
Air con vents completely covered in dust upon moving in. When I asked them to clean/service it, they found out that they are unable to because they need to hack open the ceiling to create a manhole in order to access the A/C filters. After they hacked the manhole and supposedly serviced the A/C, the A/C vents were still completely covered in dust. They said that "servicing" only means cleaning the filters on the inside. If you want to clean the A/C vent you have to pay a cleaner to clean that for you. WHAT A JOKE!!
The ceiling has been leaking whenever it rains and they say this is a "building defect". After having to continually chase them to get it fixed, the contractors only came about 4 months after I first reported the problem. They had to hack open the ceiling again because they cannot detect where the leak is coming from and the problem is still not fixed. No apology or compensation whatsoever for all the inconveniences you will suffer as a tenant.
Living here will take a huge toll on your physical and mental health. It will be the biggest regret...

I hope this message reaches the owner directly and be a good reference for other customer for decision making. I would like to express my concerns regarding the quality of service I received during my recent stays at Pavilion Ceylon Hill. I have stayed here three times, each visit booked through Booking.com and Trip.com, with 3 to 6 nights per stay. I was patient to be here again and again because it is near by my office but no more!
Unfortunately, my experiences have been disappointing. The cleanliness of the property was consistently subpar. On each occasion, I found dust and dirt on the floors and tables, and I had to clean the room myself upon check-in. The condition of the furniture and overall cleanliness left much to be desired, as evidenced by the photos I have attached.
Additionally, the service at the reception was not satisfactory. On several occasions, I raised concerns with the staff, but the response I received was unhelpful. I was often told that nothing could be done because the room was full and the staff was busy. On one occasion, after discovering a broken toilet, I was advised to wait until the following day for assistance.
As a result of these ongoing issues, I have decided to no longer stay at Pavilion Ceylon Hill in the future. I hope that you will take these matters seriously and improve the service and maintenance standards for future guests.
