One of my favourite shops in Valletta. Not only are the products, prints, and gifts the funkiest interpretations of Maltese culture, as well as the most awesome gifts for expats and locals alike... But the shop itself is somewhat of a local art and pop-culture experience within itself. Absolutely awesome. Simply entering leaves one feeling inspired by the quirkiness of Malta's culture. đŸ€©

On Saturday around 10 a.m., I went there because Google showed it as open, but it was closed. I waited and thought it might open, so I went back again at noon, but it was still closed. I really wanted to visit, so it was very disappointing. Since it was the day of my return flight, I also went to another branch just in case, but it was closed as well. I feel very sad.

Local Hint: Frag nach limitierten Artikeln – oft haben sie welche hinter der Theke.

Souvenirs That Don't Suck (both Valletta & Sliema) are my go-to shops whenever I want to buy a cool/quirky/fun gift for friends and family.

I'm also a fan of their t-shirts which I personally collect.

I'm a big fan of the Te Fit-Tazza art which I also collect for my home and office.

The shop owners are really passionate about what they do and they will definitely help you find what you need!

We drove all the way to Valletta and were there shortly after 3 p.m. but the shutter was still down and no sign that it would open soon, although it was supposed to open again at 3 p.m.. Since we had already visited Valletta, we did not want to and could not pass the time in the heat until sometime is opened. We left without having achieved anything. In my opinion, a store for tourists must keep the opening hours exactly or indicate...

Exactly what it says on the tin! If you want good quality Malta souvenirs that are a little bit different to the normal tat you see everywhere else then this is the place to go. Okay the prices are a little bit more but at least you have something you would be happy to have on display in your home longer than a week. They have some lovely posters and cards, all of us which are pretty reasonably priced. Definitely...
