I LOVE this place and everyone who works here. I started coming here right after adopting my puppy to buy a collar (it’s the only place in the city that sells collars with the name/info placard as the buckle to the collar- so no extra expense buying collar + placard and no extra metal hanging off and jingling). I love the place so much I continued to return for grooming even after moving to Polanco, and later, Mixcoac. Prices (for grooming and items they sell) are very reasonable and everything is high quality. They are super responsive via WhatsApp, which I always appreciated. After living in Mexico City for 6 months I recently moved and legit cried when walking away from here after my puppy’s final grooming appointment. I will miss them that much. Yo soy clienta del lugar desde hace ya un tiempo, nunca había tenido problemas hasta ahorita que se me hizo súper injusto el cobro que me hicieron, llevé a mi afgano a baño como siempre, tardaron un poco mas de lo habitual, cuando ella estaba lista empezó a llover y pedí que me la trajeran, me cobraron el transporte y ni siquiera me la dejaron en casa porque la chica no podía echarse de reversa, que estaba lloviendo muy fuerte, que el chuchomobil no tenía parabrisas y que se ponía nerviosa y solo por eso no me la dejó y por eso me cobró el doble!!
