the studio is located on the 4th floor of the building. we took a dharma class and also a vinyasa class here. the classes were all in spanish, but the teacher who taught dharma was attentive to us and spoke in english the couple times she noticed we were lost. my brother and i practice consistently so we were able to follow the majority of the sequences. i loved the open air space- you could hear birds outside during class and there was a bird building a nest in the tree outside the window so every once in a while the birdy came to the window ledge. very cute. mat rentals are included in the drop in fee which i appreciated- just needed to give them an ID that they kept until you...

This is a world class, top-notch yoga studio. Also a wonderful, welcoming, fun place to practice. All of the teachers are exceptionally well-trained, knowledgeable, and experienced. The quality of instruction is truly top tier. I suspect the studio director hand-picked the absolute best teachers in the city to teach here. The facility and practice room are beautiful, calm, and cozy.

Prices are a bit higher than other options around town, but you get what you pay for and then some. Plus, classes here are 90 minutes, which allows time for meditation, breathwork, and a proper savasana. I HIGHLY recommend practicing here.

Without a doubt the best yoga school in Mexico City. Open to all different levels! I came in with 0 experience or flexibility myself. It's a beautiful space with lots of natural light and it's always super clean and smells great. My favorite instructors are Marianna and Andrea but all of the teachers are super professional, helpful and very friendly. The classes are in Spanish but they will help you in English when they notice you didn't understand the instructions: they always make sure everyone is included. They also provide yoga mats, you just have to give your ID as collateral....
