MoraMora is a great spot for vegans, both for groceries and meals, but it has some significant issues. The system and service still need improvement, which is disappointing given the place's potential.
On my first visit, I was attended to by a lady with a great attitude, and it was a pleasant experience. My second visit was just for groceries, which went smoothly. However, during my third visit for breakfast, I noticed that the service was quite disorganized. The waiters seemed to always forget things, took forever to take orders, and often asked for orders multiple times, even when spoken to slowly. They also appeared to be unfamiliar with the menu.
On my third visit, they finally asked if I wanted to collect points for my purchases. Apparently, like Starbucks, they have a rewards system where you accumulate points with each purchase. Despite visiting multiple times and making substantial purchases, I was surprised to find that my points did not reflect my frequent visits.
When I inquired about my points, I was told I only had the points from that day's purchase, which was around 120 points. This was odd, so I raised my concern with the manager, who seemed quite lost. After speaking with two managers, both assured me they would resolve the issue but never did. One manager asked me to email all my transaction details, but I never received a response. Days later, I followed up, and they gave excuses about system issues and promised to update the points manually, which they never did.
The chaotic service and unreliable points system at MoraMora are frustrating. If you decide to go, be aware that your points might not be properly recorded, and you might face service delays. Despite these issues, the food is good, and the store is decent for a quick stop, although it doesn’t have a...
Read moreFive stars! Mora Mora is a fantastic coworking space that truly embodies its name - "being pampered" (Mimado in Spanish).
The staff are the absolute highlight. They're incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They even surprise members with little treats, making it feel like a true community.
The menu is another major perk. They offer delicious plant-based options that are perfect for fueling your workday, and everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious.
The space itself is comfortable and well-equipped. It has a great vibe, and the internet speed was excellent in the afternoon. However, the music volume in the back salon was a bit loud in the morning, making it difficult to hold conferences. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly responsive and quickly adjusted the volume upon request.
Overall, Mora Mora is a fantastic coworking space that I highly recommend. It's a great place to be productive, enjoy delicious food, and feel like part of a...
Read moreI recently visited this vegan restaurant and had such a great experience! The food was full of flavor, fresh, and truly satisfying — you can tell a lot of care goes into the dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed yet creative, with a youthful energy that makes the space really enjoyable. Service was quick, polite, and attentive without ever being intrusive.
A special mention goes to the vegan grocery corner inside the restaurant: it’s such a brilliant idea and perfectly complements the dining experience. Being able to discover and buy high-quality vegan products right there adds even more value to the visit.
Overall, it’s a place I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for tasty vegan food in a welcoming and...
