The requirements for our online presence had changed and our previous provider wasn't able to accomodate the new requirements to our satisfaction. I therefore approached Norman via phone to see whether Meta Digital would be able to help.

Although they were in the middle of launching a major client's new website Norman listened to what I was after, came up with a better solution than proposed and the team got working. The project was completed in a shorter timeframe than I reasonably expected, requiring only two iterations with minor changes and we were charged at a rate that made the work cheaper than agreed.

We meant to meet since we did all like to know who we're working with but for the reasons mentioned above it didn't happen and it turned out to be unnecessary.
