Went for the Tuesday bottomless deal with 4 others 24 sept 7:15pm. 2/5 were vegetarians
We were seated quickly and ordered drinks and our first meal came with the bread which was great , just before we had all finished we then all got our second pasta choice , thought it was amazing how quick the service was . We all finished our second meal and ended up waiting over 40 minutes for our third meal.
Skeleton staff on you could tell as one girl just ran back and forth to different tills doing what seemed to be nothing. During our very long interval we accidentally spilled a drink all over the table and floor and had to clean it all up our selves with napkins as no staff were around and the female worker seemed oblivious to any mess on the floor.
40 minutes after our second meal the girl weirdly asks are we waiting for anything else and we say about our third pasta dish. She then brings 3 lasagna for the 3 meat eaters and there was a long blonde hair in one. Practically had to shout out a staff member to swap it over for a new one and that took about 30 minutes , forgot to bring out another risotto for vegetarian.
All the food was tbh not worth it mac and cheese was ok , stodgy pesto pasta was not liked by anyone lasagne was average risotto was sour and salty bread was so dry not even any butter or oil
Will never be back , the service girls did their best but so overwhelmed I felt bad. Management maybe should have been there to oversee everything. the food was average and we all left starving because of the long wait time and the staff didn’t accomodate. So disappointed and not worth booking in , the long wait time ended up giving us no time at all for “all you can eat”
Offered 1 free drink each but just wanted to leave , the others were starving so ordered drinks while we got the food we came for a “BOTTOMLESS PASTA NIGHT”
1 free drink does not make up for how awful this was.
Just awful, from the 1 hour wait time , hair in the food , ignoring staff members , bland food and no staff to help clean up will never return.
Avoid this place like they avoided our...
Read moreService wasn’t great for me. My friend booked the all you can eat pasta night for a group of 6. When the waitress came over to take our drinks I made it apparent to her that I wasn’t going to be part of the all you can eat pasta and asked if she could bring me a menu. She said unfortunately they don’t sell anything from the normal menu on pasta nights but that she could bring me a bar snacks menu, thought it was odd but it wasn’t a problem. I ordered some fried chicken and some fries at the same time everyone else ordered and asked if she could bring it out at the same time. 30 minutes later everyone including myself got a plate of pasta (that I didn’t eat) I thought it was odd that my food didn’t come at the same time but I gave it a little bit of time as I thought maybe they were busy. Keep in mind the reservation was from 8-9:30. Waited roughly another 20 minutes for my food and finally went to complain. A different waitress said it hadn’t been put through and that she would tell the kitchen to make it quickly. Another 20 minutes goes by and I still hadn’t received my food. I told the waitress again and had the same response that she would tell the kitchen to hurry, it was around 9:20pm at this point. About 10 minutes later I finally get my food while the rest of the table was on their 3rd plate of pasta. Each time they also brought me a plate that I didn’t eat. They said the $13 wine I ordered was on the house for the inconvenience but I’d much rather have preferred to enjoy my meal with the rest of my friends. Didn’t have time to finish my food as our reservation had ended and they close at 10pm. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for some fried chicken and fries. The food wasn’t...
Read moreThis review is for the all you can eat pasta night. Overall we mainly gave 3 stars because we probably won't go back again. We knew they would change the menu to offer different options but we were quite surprised that all of the options were vegetarian. It would've been nice to for there to have been more advertising around the choices that were going to be available. The Focaccia was bought out not long after we sat down but it wasn't very good and one of our pieces was quite burnt - it would've been a lot nicer just warmed and served with butter. I ordered a hazy lemonade which is listed as tap on their menu (assumed it would be Zeffer) but saw the bar tender pour a long white in to a glass, not a big deal just wouldn't of ordered it if I had known. I will say our server was amazing, as soon as we finished one dish she had the next in front of us, she was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed - she's the only reason we gave 3 stars. The pastas overall were nothing amazing and not something I'd call restaurant quality. We were told we couldn't get the Mac n Cheese for our 4th round which seemed a bit misleading for an all you can eat pasta night. The biggest issue I have is with the waste - we weren't the biggest fans of the of the last pasta and left about a third of each on our plates, however we noticed the table next to us had almost 4 full plates left on their table and they had already given plates back to the server. It seemed like the servers were taking a lot of partially eaten plates back to the kitchen, probably more than was being eaten. Overall just not something...
