Not recommending to shop with sunglasses hut. Manager there called Perry is a lier. I wanted to buy a 4 pairs together because of 40% off and I went to Riccarton branch unfortunately I meet Manager Perry there she said if you buy from city branch it would be good because I’m just covering here someone. I thought she helped me let’s do it in city when I went there she wasn’t there then went there that day I went there again then finally I found her there by the time we meet there one of the pair was run out of stock. I asked her I can pay now and courier to my place she no it’s fine when it’s back in stock just come back and buy it, we will give you 40% off. (DID NOT MENTIONED ANY TIME) I asked her to write it down for me because you never know she goes like don’t worry we know you, and you in the system extra extra. I asked her please give me call once that in stock I’ll come and take it on same discount she no problem will notify you, I trusted and and walk off that day, No one reached me so far after sold me 3 pairs. Then Last week I went to Riccarton store last week the girl was there she asked me to come in week days I went there today manager there she said can’t do it then I realised how can she do that to customer like telling fake stories because other staff told me we don’t do that I was so surprised how she is lying to customers like me. She can be very dangerous for reputation of the company. being a customer I didn’t feel comfortable with them this time it was all lie all over the place. I visited the Sunglass Hut in central Christchurch and asked the pleasant lady behind the counter if she would tighten the arms on a pair of Ralph Lauren sunglasses I had purchased from that store about 18 months earlier. She agreed to do so and I left the glasses with her while I went shopping. When I returned to pick the glasses up, she informed me she had accidentally broken them while attempting to tighten the arms. She then informed me that she would give me a brand new pair and I could pick them up from the airport store the following day (as I was flying to Japan in the morning and she didn't have that exact style available at her store). I arrived at the airport store to collect the new glasses and the lady there was expecting me and indeed gave me a new pair of sunglasses.
