I must say the girls out there are doing an average job and are never interested to make things work for the customer . It has now happened multiple times . The protein shake I ordered was runny as water and I was hoping for peanut butter to be not blended . I had specifically asked for it and she said “ ok, yea no problem”. But then she blended it anyways and after making my shake she said oh sorry! Can’t do it.

On other times , I have asked for pineapple to not be included , and she said “can’t do it!” And the quality of smoothies is just not worth it !

This review was responded to and there was lack of proper investigation . I had asked for peanut butter to be put on top while paying for it. If you could not make it “float” why not tell me beforehand . She told me we can put it on top - after making a watery smoothie . If you would take a minute to actually think about what the complaint is about- it’s about the watery quality of your smoothies and we are not paying for water. Secondly , you can let us know what you can and can’t do- just know the timing of it i.e tell the customer what you can’t do before they pay , not after the product is ready which is not what the...

I absolutely love this place! The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. I recently tried their strawberry matcha, and I can confidently say it's the best I've had in so long! The balance of flavors was perfect—the sweetness of the strawberries blended beautifully with the earthy notes of the matcha, making it a refreshing treat.

What I really appreciate is the attention to detail in every drink and meal, They use high-quality, fresh ingredients, and you can taste the difference. Plus, the presentation is always on point, making each drink and meal feel like a special indulgence.

this place used to be my favourite place in chch to get matcha but unfortunately it seems shrinkflation and poor quality matcha has made it to green. the matcha is watery and tastes like grass which leads me to believe they’ve likely changed the brand of matcha that they use to a lesser quality one. even down to the flavourings that they add have gotten worse, from a sweet and rich strawberry purée to what just tastes like supermarket yoghurt. the sizing used to be great but now… it’s actually a joke. i’ve added a picture for reference between what they advertise vs what you get. do better green, you guys used to be awesome. looks like i’ll be heading elsewhere for matcha...
