Do not go to this store for shoes. If there is zero star, then I will rate it with zero star.i don't know how does management train the staff. Staff were useless and not helpful at all. Asked availabity for a pair shoes , waited for 20 mins staff goes disappeared, when we asked second stuff, he said he will check for us. And he just start to running around but doing nothing. Finally found the original staff helped my partner, he just goes sorry its actually sold out.why can't he tell us at the start?? Lack of customer services,poor communication, lazy as might as well change to self check stores like supermarket. That will be better. If management team sees this, just letting you know this store is going to loss customers even tho covid is gone....

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and wrong ones were delivered. Told they can't swap but needed to send back the wrong shoes and place another order. Which I did. The second order is also the wrong pair of shoes and there is no agent to talk too as the number just says they can't help. Oh and It takes over a week for the refund to occur.
