I just had this completed all today. I want to take this time to pass on a very special thank you to your amazing team member, HAYLEY, who guided me, supported me, gave me great advice, made me feel comfortable, made me feel more confident in myself, gave me insight into how your products an services are unique compared to what's normally available an most importantly gave me some inspiration. I am a 40+ year old male who's had some bad issues with my health, wellbeing, wellness an mental health with anxiety an depression in the past years. I had 10 treatments and everything came back a few months later. Upon complaining, I was given the reason that some people don’t respond to LHR, which is untrue in my case as I’ve had success at two other clinics. I don’t find this answer satisfactory and believe the treatment was performed incorrectly (it’s worth noting that twice in my course of treatment the procedures had to be rescheduled as the machine broke down mid way).
I was offered 6 LHR sessions or alternative procedures as compensation, which I refused due to having lost all confidence in the company, nor did I wish to spend any more of my time having this done. Additionally, the 6 LHR sessions were offered to me on the condition I spend $200 on their ‘aftercare’ products which you agree to using when initially signing the T&Cs.
Ultimately, I complained to the head office which rejected my claim, stating that “hair growth can be triggered by many factors including hormones, & can fluctuate & change at different stages of a person’s life” and implying that no result is guaranteed.
I am saddened to leave this review as the staff are all very friendly and kind and did their best to offer a resolution, but the company policies and terms and conditions shield them from a consumer having ANY expectation of a result. I had an active breakout and was conned into spending $354 on products that were going to "fix my problem". I was very hesistant about the products due to my sensitive skin and I asked the therapist if there were any pore-clogging ingredients and she told me "no" without checking first. As I trusted her expert advice, I purchased the products. I got home and double checked the list of ingredients, only to find not only pore-clogging ingredients but also ingredients that trigger and promote the growth of fungal acne (both of which I am very sensitive to). I called the clinic for help and the same therapist told me that my concerns were "bad energy" and the negative mindset would prevent the products from working. I was worried that the ingredients would irritate my already inflammed skin further, and she said that if that was the case then she would have to tell all her clients to stop using the products...
These products were falsely represented to me and I wouldn't have purchased them if I had known the ingredients were not suitable for my skin. Highly disatisfied with the situation and I feel like the therapist dismissed my concerns entirely.
Such amazing customer service when they want you to spend money, but when something goes wrong, they don't reply to emails (it has now been more than 2 weeks since I reached out to them and I have not...
