I’m very disappointed with the service I received today. I handed a handful of coins to the front desk to pay for my items (just some bananas), trusting her to take the correct amount. However, the woman working at the front desk today—she had a nose ring—took the coins and quickly put them away without giving any change. It was obvious that she took more than the total amount. When I asked her if she had taken more than she should have, she denied it. I’m absolutely sure she took extra money. This is not about a few dollars—it’s about honesty and trust. I had been coming here regularly since they opened. It's great that we have another store adding to the grocery options in the CBD. They have great produce with great prices during summer months but average during winter. My new favourite fruit and vegetable shop- l cheap and very good quality produce compared to supermarkets and many other fruit shops. Moderate range, not the broadest, but that could be because they stick to great seasonal produce. They also have some other amazing products like premium bottle swap jersey milk, cream and yoghurt, plus the best premium feta (comes in a jar)...
