Absolutely terrible service. I placed three orders with them, and they figured out a way to screw up each one. The first one, they needed to verify my age. But their web page kept getting stuck on the age verification and there was no way to do it. I called them, and they said they had no way to verify it manually. It was either the webpage or nothing. I tried again and this time the webpage worked. Took about a week. I placed another order, and then a week later they told me they were out of stock and tried to replace the cigar I wanted with something else. I cancelled. And the third time, their webpage said my age was verified, order accepted, but then a week later I found out the order was on hold. Supposedly I needed to make a bank transfer but their webpage gave no indication that anything was required. I received an "order received and age verified" message from their web page and had thought everything was concluded and was waiting for my package in the mail. When I didn't receive it, I called them, and they were oblivious as usual. They informed me a payment was still due. Normally you’d expect to get an email or some notification when that is the case. This is an absolutely amateurish and incompetent outfit. Do...

Read moreFirst, let me point out that New Zealand has some pretty stifling laws and taxes regarding tobacco, period. This, coupled with the see, touch, or even smell the product before purchase is very of putting. I don't know how they can stay in business like this. That being said, there is no excuse for a dried out cigar bought directly from a cigar store, especially at the prices required. This is what happened to me. Montecristo #4 falling apart in my hand as I tried...
