QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN!!!! in all their products along with their customer service. Ordered something on Monday it is Friday... not even a tracking number given. When emailed to ask what is happening they say things like can you have patience, for the price of their products you'd expect a outstanding service I ordered 5 days ago and still no tracking number?? I decided to just get refunded cause STILL NO TRACKING OR UPDATE???? Never buying here again, quality has gone right down and they are terrible at dealing with frustrated customers. Their website doesn't even tell you they take over a week to even give you tracking# I needed my outfit for the weekend and received express shipping due to my order amount, but haven't had communication till I got really mad, pathetic...

Any way the reason for the one star was i emailed by their support staff on a Friday, i replied on the Saturday explaining what happened and its been silent since then. Sent three follow up emails and nothing.... If the only support feature you have is by email, you want to make sure you email support is excellent, I have had better support from cheaper brands and they even offer chat support.
