It took over 4 hours to do a basic set and they still couldn’t get it right also blamed it on long nails. I asked for a simple ombré design that any trained tech should know how to do, and it was rushed, uneven, and just plain bad.
To make things worse, the nail tech injured me during the appointment. My finger started bleeding, and they didn’t even acknowledge it properly. Just kept going like it was normal which it absolutely isn’t.
I originally wanted charms on every finger, but I changed my mind last minute and limited it to 5. Despite that, the price increased instead of decreasing. I didn’t make a scene because money wasn’t the issue but it’s shady. Then the charms fell off within 3 days, and my nails have cracks they blamed me for “wear and tear”… even though the cracks were on my left hand, which I don’t even use.
The nail quality is garbage, and it’s clear the staff are undertrained. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they deflect responsibility and try to upsell you to “make it right.”
If you value your time, your nails avoid this place. Overpriced, unprofessional, and not worth the stress.
Response: I appreciate your response, but I’d like to clarify a few things. The appointment took over 4 hours, yet the work was still not done properly. As for the mention of gym activity I have not been to the gym in weeks, and when I do attend, it is only for light cardio or Pilates, which have never caused my nails to break. I would appreciate it if external factors were not used to deflect responsibility.
Additionally, the technician specifically assured me that the charms would be glued securely to avoid them breaking or falling off yet they are already gone.
At this point, I do not feel comfortable returning to have the work redone, as I have already experienced enough inconvenience and discomfort my left hand remains sore due to the cracks, despite the fact that I barely use it.
I stand by my review and hope this feedback is taken...

This brand new salon in the heart of Newmarket has a wonderful and calming vibe, perfect for your next luxury nail experience.
The salon has a minimalist tone through their awesome fit out and beautiful furniture, i was able to sit for almost 2 hours and it was so comfortable!
I opted for a Builder Gel Infill with a cute style Valentines day nail art add on aswell as a paraffin wax treatment which was truly awesome.
From start to finish the experience was so nice and the quality of my manicure was really spot on. It was an extra thoughtful touch that they even provided fingerless gloves to protect my hands from the UV lamp and they even offered me a drink, with selections such as teas and juices.
The technicians take their time to get the shape and quality just as you'd like and I definitely didn't feel rushed in the slightest.
I'm very happy with my manicure and I'll definitely be supporting this beautiful salon from now on.
The ladies were also so lovely and i can't wait to see them in 4 weeks time for my next...
Read moreabsolutely horrendous treatment from staff. Have never experienced such a rude salon. However, I can deal with rudeness if the manicure is good, the reason for the 1 star is that I paid $85 for a gel manicure on natural nails + two extensions for shorter nails i have. Not even a week later and the nail polish completely peeled off. Im sorry but an $85 manicure that looks like a peel and stick nail job is not okay. This happened after FIVE days. I work an office job where I just sit in the office all day so was not doing anything rough to my nails. So many people have asked if I switched my manicure to stick on or if I did my nails myself which pissed me off since I paid so much for them😂I recommend going to Nail Studio in the mall. Better price, better treatment by a longshot, but most importantly...
