I recently had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Barber Allen, and I must say, he did an amazing job! Not only was he skilled and professional, but he also had a knack for making me look great. Despite my concerns about my weight, Allen's expertise and attention to detail magically transformed my appearance, making me feel confident and even a bit slimmer.

I'm sad to say that this is the worst haircut and the worst treatment I have ever gotten. I wanted just a little of the tips to keep growing my hair long, and I was very clear in what I wanted, but the girl in the salon used the trimming scissors to make layers. Normally you make a few different levels in the layers, but when she used those scissors, my hair suddenly had 100 different lengths which made it frizzy and hard to brush and maintain. A week later I went somewhere else to have them fix the bad haircut and they said that they and never seen anything like it and asked me if it was a friend who had lost a bet. Worse is that they had to cut 15 cm off because they couldn't save what Top Hair Design had done to the hair. I'm shocked that an educated woman at 'Top Hair Design' can do such a poor job when the easiest thing in the world is when someone just want to have the tips trimmed. The girl rushed through it and after 10-15 min it was done, and I had paid 50 dollars for a disaster. I’m very disappointed of the treatment I got. It felt rushed and stressed and and the result was shocking.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I’ve lived in 9 different cities, and have gone to a handful of salons in each one, and this one by far, has had the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Went in for a consultation for the permanent straightening, and asked all the right questions about my hair (asked if it was too damaged or fine ect), they told me it wasn’t, giving me a straight up answers to my questions that were very clear. I booked an appointment for a week from that day (literally the only day off I have from work before xmas), and then waited around that day for my appt, drove an hour and a half in heavy traffic and the rain, paid $10 for parking, walked in the salon and was then told that my hair was too damaged for the treatment. Even after I was sure to ask if it was before. Morever, he kept picking up my curls and looking at them with disgust, saying “no no we can’t work with this type of hair, its too damaged, too too damaged”. When I left the salon I saw him laugh with his coworker and point to me. I am truely disgusted and angry. I never write reviews, but felt the need to warn people, do not step foot in this salon! They deserve to go out...
